TL;DR: Tarok is a Plateau language, a branch of Niger-Congo, spoken in Central Nigeria and does not regularly mark sex-gender morphologically as mentioned in this paper, however, there is a women's register marked by phonological, morphological and lexical shifts, comparable to Japanese, Yanyuwa and others reported elsewhere in the world.
