Eran Greenberg,Bar Hen,Samar Layek,Irina Pozin,Roee Friedman,Victor Shelukhin,Yuri Rosenberg,M. Karpovski,Moshe P. Pasternak,E. Sterer,Yoram Dagan,G. Kh. Rozenberg,Alexander Palevski +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the superconductivity of the compressed phase change memory alloy (GST) has been shown to be superconductive in multiple phases of the material, both for amorphous and crystalline phases.

TL;DR: In this paper, the superconductivity of the compressed GeSb2Te4 (GST) phase change memory alloy was observed through electrical transport measurements, both for the amorphous (a-GST), and for the crystalline (c)-GST phases, and the critical temperature of the cubic phase reached a maximum Tc =8 K at 30 GPa.

Possible monoclinic distortion of Mo2GaC under high pressure
Mark Nikolaevsky,Roee Friedman,Martin Dahlqvist,Mishael Hornik,E. Sterer,Michel W. Barsoum,Johanna Rosen,Aviva Melchior,El’ad N. Caspi +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, high-pressure diffraction results of the Mo-based Mn + 1AXn phase, Mo2GaC, were presented, where a diamond anvil cell was used to compress the material up to 30 GPa, and the structure and unit cell parameters were determined as a function of pressure.
