TL;DR: From the experience, bloodless surgery is feasible in the geriatric population as long as it is performed in specialized centers where a multidisciplinary team is prepared to specifically manage this scenario.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present an atteggiamento aggressivo nei confronti della recidiva locale, adottato quanto piu precocemente possibile, non soltanto migliora radicalmente la qualita di vita ma si dimostra anche utile a prolungarne la durata, soprattutto se sono presenti solo metastasi polmonari and se queste sono di piccole dimensioni (<2 cm).
