Reply to a Comment on ''Mobility of localized and quasifree excess electrons in liquid hydrocarbons''
TL;DR: The comments of Freeman [J.Chem.Phys.71,564(1979] on a previous paper by the authors as mentioned in this paper ] are considered in this reply and it is contended that the "semihydrodynamic" expression in Eq.2 of the former reference gives the mobility of localized electrons within a factor of two.
Continuous-time random-walk theory of interfering diffusion and chemical reaction with an application to electrochemical impedance spectra of oxidized Zr–1%Nb
TL;DR: Both the functional forms and the fitted parameter values support the theory which is in keeping with Macdonald's point-defect model and the theoretical admittance functions could be successfully compared with the observed spectra.

The effect of mechanical stress on the potential of the Ag/Ag+ electrode
Ákos Horváth,Robert Schiller +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, the effect of mechanical stress on electrode potential was studied under zero current conditions, where wires in contact with AgNO3 solutions were exposed to tensile stress and the variation of the potential was measured in a two-electrode cell.

Percolation model of electron and hole mobility in liquid mixtures
Robert Schiller,Lajos Nyikos +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the theory of charge percolation is transformed to describe the mobility of electrons and holes in homogeneous liquid mixtures, and the number of molecules interacting with a charge carrier appears as an important parameter.
