The longitudinal effects of early developmental cadmium exposure on conditioned place preference and cardiovascular physiology in zebrafish
Marissa Wold,Myranda Beckmann,Shelby Poitra,Ana Espinoza,Robert Longie,Erik J. Mersereau,Diane C. Darland,Tristan Darland +7 more
TL;DR: Surviving longitudinal adult fish exposed to the highest concentration of Cd showed normal CPP and cardiovascular physiology, which implies that even lower exposure concentrations can potentially result in fitness-affecting parameters without affecting survival in a laboratory setting.

Longitudinal Effects of Embryonic Exposure to Cocaine on Morphology, Cardiovascular Physiology, and Behavior in Zebrafish.
Eric J Mersereau,Cody A. Boyle,Shelby Poitra,Ana Espinoza,Joclyn Seiler,Robert Longie,Lisa Delvo,Megan Szarkowski,Joshua Maliske,Sarah Chalmers,Diane C. Darland,Tristan Darland +11 more
TL;DR: It is shown that pre-exposure during embryonic development affects subsequent cocaine sensitivity in longitudinal adults, and zebrafish treated larvae showed an embryonic dose-dependent change in CPP behavior, suggesting an increased sensitivity.
