Mieke Schutte,Ralph H. Hruban,Joseph Geradts,Rob Maynard,Werner Hilgers,Sridhar K. Rabindran,Christopher A. Moskaluk,Stephan A. Hahn,Irmgard Schwarte-Waldhoff,Wolff Schmiegel,Stephen B. Baylin,Scott E. Kern,James G. Herman +12 more
TL;DR: The Rb/p16 pathway was abrogated in 49 of the 50 carcinomas studied, all through inactivation of the p16 gene, demonstrating the central role of the Rb / p16 pathway in the development of pancreatic carcinoma.
