TL;DR: To find out if a similar reperfusion rate could be obtained with a lower bolus patients were sequentially enrolled, first to a dose of 50 mg and later to 60 mg, and reperfusion rates were too low with the lower doses.

TL;DR: It was showed that hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, advanced age, smoking, and preeclampsia are independent risk factors for subsequent coronary artery disease.
