Significance of Semiquantitative Assessment of Preformed Donor-Specific Antibody Using Luminex Single Bead Assay in Living Related Liver Transplantation
Atsushi Yoshizawa,Hiroto Egawa,Kimiko Yurugi,Rie Hishida,Hiroaki Tsuji,Eiji Ashihara,Aya Miyagawa-Hayashino,Satoshi Teramukai,Taira Maekawa,Hironori Haga,S. Uemoto +10 more
TL;DR: HLA Class I DSA with MFI > 10,000 had a significant negative effect on the clinical outcome of patients with preformed DSA in LDLT, and univariate analysis showed a significant correlation between MFI strength and C4d deposition.
Antibody-mediated rejection of a unilateral donor lung in bilateral living-donor lobar lung transplantation: report of a case.
Fengshi Chen,Naomi Chibana,Akihiro Kanematsu,Shunji Takakura,Kimiko Yurugi,Rie Hishida,Atushi Fukatsu,Takeshi Kubo,Tsuyoshi Shoji,Takuji Fujinaga,Toru Bando,Hiroshi Date +11 more
TL;DR: A case of antibody-mediated rejection (AMR) of a unilateral donor lung in the presence of newly formed donor-specific antibodies, 10 months after living-donor lobar lung transplantation (LDLLT).

Rapid and accurate measurement of anti-A/B IgG antibody in ABO-unmatched living donor liver transplantation by surface plasmon resonance
Kimiko Yurugi,Shinya Kimura,Eishi Ashihara,Hiroaki Tsuji,A. Kawata,A. Kawata,Yuri Kamitsuji,Yuri Kamitsuji,Rie Hishida,M. Takegawa,Hiroto Egawa,Taira Maekawa +11 more
TL;DR: The surface plasmon resonance (SPR) method is an accurate, time‐ and labour‐saving method for measuring anti‐A/B IgG titres that can be easily standardized.

Comparison of de novo donor-specific antibodies between living and cadaveric lung transplantation
F. Gochi,Toyofumi F. Chen-Yoshikawa,Hidenao Kayawake,Akihiro Ohsumi,Satona Tanaka,Yoshito Yamada,Yojiro Yutaka,Daisuke Nakajima,Masatsugu Hamaji,Kimiko Yurugi,Rie Hishida,Hiroshi Date +11 more
TL;DR: DSA occurrence was significantly lower and later in LDLLT than in CLT and dnDSA-positivity was significantly associated with worse OS and CLAD-free survival after CLT but not afterLDLLT.

Postoperative outcomes of lung transplant recipients with preformed donor-specific antibodies.
Hidenao Kayawake,Toyofumi F. Chen-Yoshikawa,F. Gochi,Satona Tanaka,Kimiko Yurugi,Rie Hishida,Yojiro Yutaka,Yoshito Yamada,Akihiro Ohsumi,Masatsugu Hamaji,Daisuke Nakajima,Hiroshi Date +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the postoperative changes in preformed donor-specific antibodies (DSAs) based on prospectively collected data of DSAs, and the influences of preformed DSAs on postoperative outcomes among LTx recipients were investigated.
