mirDIP 4.1-integrative database of human microRNA target predictions
Tomas Tokar,Chiara Pastrello,Andrea E. M. Rossos,Mark Abovsky,Anne-Christin Hauschild,Mike J. Tsay,Richard Lu,Igor Jurisica +7 more
TL;DR: This work presents mirDIP v4.1, providing nearly 152 million human microRNA–target predictions, which were collected across 30 different resources, and demonstrates that integrating predictions across multiple resources does not cumulate prediction bias toward biological processes or pathways.

Chromatin structure predicts survival in glioma patients
Matthew C. Garrett,Rebecca R Albano,Troy P. Carnwath,Sanjit Shah,Daniel Woo,Michael Lamba,David R. Plas,Aditi Paranjpe,Krishna M. Roskin,Chuntao Zhao,Richard Lu +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors used a large set of paired atac-seq and RNA-seq data from surgically resected glioma specimens to infer gene regulatory relationships in gliomas.

Stem-24. single-cell atlas of human fetal cerebellum decoding medulloblastoma origin and oncogenesis
Zaili Luo,Richard Lu +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper , single-cell profiling of freshly-isolated human fetal cerebella at different developmental stages was conducted to establish a reference map for delineating the hierarchical cellular states in malignant childhood brain tumors.
Tmic-47. single-cell transcriptomics reveals antitumor immune responses of proton treatment in glioblastoma
TL;DR: In this article , the effect of proton versus standard photon radiotherapy on tumor growth and the microenvironment in an orthotopic syngeneic glioblastoma (GBM) model over the course of treatment was investigated.
