TL;DR: A prospective, randomized-controlled pilot study of ursodeoxycholic acid combined with mycophenolate mofetil in the treatment of primary sclerosing cholangitis finds that combined therapy with azathioprine, prednisolone, and ursodiol in patients with primary sclerosis is effective.
