TL;DR: A double-blind, group-sequential, adaptive randomised controlled trial in 24 hospitals in the UK, comparing arthroscopic debridement of the subacromial space with biceps tenotomy with the same procedure but including insertion of the InSpace balloon results favoured the debridements only group.

Impact of humeral and glenoid component variations on range of motion in reverse geometry total shoulder arthroplasty: a standardized computer model study.
TL;DR: Only glenoid lateralization has a significant effect on increasing total global ROM in RTSA, and the use of the Semi-Inlay 145º model combined with 4mm lateralization and 2 mm inferior eccentricity represents the middle ground and the most universal approach inRTSA.
