TL;DR: The results show that there is a relationship between IL-6 and IgM-RF changes from baseline during MTX therapy, but the hypothesis of a link between the effects of this drug on cytokine network and RF production needs further investigation.

TL;DR: It is suggested that interleukin-6 is a useful parameter for assessing juvenile chronic arthritis and that the potential clinical value of elevated levels of soluble interleucin-2 receptor in this disease needs to be further evaluated in longitudinal studies.

TL;DR: Evidence is provided that synovial fluid analysis can be helpful not only for the early diagnosis of multicentric reticulohistiocytosis but also for suggesting the presence of an underlying tumor, especially when arthritis is the presenting symptom.

TL;DR: In fresh samples, OSS seemed to increase with age and relatively good correlations were found among different parameters, and it is suggested to measure hydroperoxides in fresh samples and TAC maximally after 1 week.
