TL;DR: The results achieved in this study reveal that mouse bone marrow contains a population of S SEA-1 positive cells that expresses pluripotent stem cells markers such as SSEA-1, octamer-binding transcription factor 4 (OCT-4) detected by immunocytochem- istry and C-X-C chemokine receptor type 4 (CXCR4) and stem cell antigen-1 (SCA-1) detectedby flow cytometric analysis.

TL;DR: Melatonin at physiological concentrations, melatonin suppressed proliferation and differentiation of ADSCs in vitro, suggesting that physiological concentration of melatonin has a negative effect on ADSCs osteogenesis.
