TL;DR: In this article , the authors summarized the quantifiable properties of recycled plastics used in concrete production and evolved elastic concrete materials, along with replacement techniques and percentages, and revealed the variation prevailing in the unset and cast-hardened properties of plastic concrete in comparison with conventional concrete.
