TL;DR: There is insufficient evidence to support the use of multifactorial interventions to prevent falls or hospital utilisation in older people presenting to ED following a fall.
Feasibility of Pilates exercise to decrease falls risk: A pilot randomized controlled trial in community-dwelling older people
TL;DR: A definitive randomized controlled trial analysing the effect of Pilates in older people would be feasible and is warranted given the acceptability and potential positive effects of Pilate on fall injuries and fall risk factors.

A mixed methods process evaluation of a person-centred falls prevention program
Rebecca L. Morris,Keith D. Hill,Keith D. Hill,Ilana N. Ackerman,Darshini Ayton,Glenn Arendts,Glenn Arendts,Caroline Brand,Caroline Brand,Peter Cameron,Christopher Etherton-Beer,Christopher Etherton-Beer,Leon Flicker,Leon Flicker,Anne-Marie Hill,Peter Hunter,Judy Lowthian,Renata Morello,Samuel R. Nyman,Julie Redfern,De Villiers Smit,Anna Barker +21 more
TL;DR: RESPOND was person-centred and reduced falls and fractures at a substantially lower dose, using fewer resources, than anticipated, however, the low dose delivered may account for the lack of effect on falls injuries and hospitalisations.
Jumping into the deep-end: results from a pilot impact evaluation of a community-based aquatic exercise program
Anna Barker,Jason Talevski,Renata Morello,Genevieve A. Nolan,Renee de Silva,Andrew M. Briggs +5 more
TL;DR: Peer-led aquatic exercise classes appear to improve pain, joint stiffness, physical function and quality of life for people with musculoskeletal conditions.
