TL;DR: Genome-wide CRISPR screens in mouse cancer cell lines are used to identify a core, conserved set of genes and pathways that govern how cancer cells evade killing by cytotoxic T lymphocytes, and show how the pleiotropic effects of autophagy control cancer-cell-intrinsic evasion of killing by CTLs and the importance of these effects within the tumour microenvironment.

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors demonstrate that an apical spectrin network is essential to convey the force imposed by shear to endothelial mechanosensors, and they conclude that the apical network is not only required for shear sensing but also transmits and distributes the resulting tensile forces to mechano-ensors that elicit protective and vasoactive responses.
