TL;DR: The metabolic purification of CMs in glucose‐depleted and lactate‐enriched medium successfully eliminated the residual undifferentiated stem cells, resulting in a refined hPSC‐derived CM population, and no Tra‐1‐60‐positive colonies appeared after purification.
