Multiple serological biomarkers for colorectal cancer detection
Chung-Chuan Chan,Chung-Wei Fan,Yung-Bin Kuo,Yung-Bin Kuo,Yu-Han Chen,Pi-Yueh Chang,Kuei-Tien Chen,Ray-Ping Hung,Err-Cheng Chan +8 more
TL;DR: Results collectively indicated that combined detection of serum autoantibody profiles against a panel of colorectal tumor‐associated antigens and the analysis of carcinoembryonic antigen provides a promising diagnostic biomarker for coloreCTal cancer, particularly among early‐stage patients.

Identification of Phospholipid Scramblase 1 as a Biomarker and Determination of Its Prognostic Value for Colorectal Cancer
Yung-Bin Kuo,Chung-Chuan Chan,C. Allen Chang,C. Allen Chang,Chung-Wei Fan,Ray-Ping Hung,Ya-Shu Hung,Kuei-Tien Chen,Jau-Song Yu,Yu-Sun Chang,Err-Cheng Chan +10 more
TL;DR: Examination of the expression of phospholipid scramblase 1 in tumor tissues and plasma specimens of patients with colorectal cancer and its association with clinical parameters revealed that elevated PLSCR1 expression indicated a poor prognosis for CRC, and the plasma levels were significantly elevated in patients with early stage CRC compared with healthy individuals.

Detection of annexin A autoantibodies in sera from colorectal cancer patients.
Jinn-Shiun Chen,Yeh-Pin Chou,Kuei-Tien Chen,Ray-Ping Hung,Jau-Song Yu,Yu-Sun Chang,Err-Cheng Chan +6 more
TL;DR: Measurement of ANXA autoantibody levels may provide an alternative detection indicator for CRC, particularly among early-stage patients.
