Remaja merupakan kelompok beresiko untuk penularan HIV/AIDS. Pengetahuan yang baik tentang penyakit akan membantu remaja untuk melakukan upaya pencegahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran pengetahuan remaja tenta HIV/AIDS di Pangandaran. Penelitian deskkriptif ini menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional. Terdapat 47 remaja yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik non-random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuosioner yang sudah valid dan reliable. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode statistika deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 100% (47 orang) responden belum pernah melakukan hubungan seksual dan menyatakan akan melakukan hubungan seksual setelah menikah. Responden memiliki pengetahuan tentang kelompok beresiko HIV adalah pelacur (97,90%), homoseksual (91,50%), dan penggunaan obat-obatan (63,80%). Pengetahuan responden tentang cara penularan HIV adalah berbagi jarum suntik (100%), berhubungan seksual dengan pelacur (97,90%), berhubungan seksual dengan banyak pasangan (95,70%), seksual yang tidak menggunakan pelindung (93,60%), dan homo seksualitas (83%). Remaja memiliki sikap yang positif untuk hindari seksual dengan banyak pasangan (91,50) dan gunakan jarum steril yang sekali pakai (91,50%). Pengetahuan remaja tentang AIDS yang paling tinggi adalah penyebab AIDS (76,60%), gejala AIDS (76,60%), cara penularan HIV (72,30). Remaja memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang HIV/ AIDS tetapi masih ada pengetahuan yang salah untuk beberapa pernyataan. Pengetahuan yang salah ini perlu diperhatikan melalui pemberian edukasi kesehatan berkaitan HIV/ AIDS. Kata kunci: HIV/ AIDS, Pengetahuan, Remaja

Gambaran pengetahuan dan sikap tentang hiv/ aids pada remaja di pangandaran

Latar Belakang: HIV/AIDS adalah salah satu masalah kesehatan dunia yang
sampai saat ini belum ada obatnya. WHO memperkirakan 0,8% masyarakat dunia
usia 15-49 tahun hidup dengan HIV. Data KPA provinsi DIY sampai dengan Maret
2016, yang terjangkit HIV sebanyak 3334. Data Puskesmas Gedongtengen, dalam
kurun waktu Januari 2015 sampai dengan Februari 2017 terdapat 176 penderita HIV. 
Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan perilaku pencegahan
penularan HIV/AIDS pada PSK (Pekerja Seks Komersil). 
Metode Penelitian: Menggunakan desain penelitian survey analitik dengan
pendekatan cross sectional dengan membagikan kuisioner. Populasi sebanyak 206
orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Non Probability Sampling dengan
tekhnik Purposive Sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 136 orang berdasarkan
kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Analisis statistik menggunakan Spearman Rank. 
Hasil: Analisis univariat diperoleh PSK yang pengetahuan baik sebanyak 83
orang (61,03%) dan 11 orang (8,09%) berpengetahuan kurang. Dalam pencegahan
HIV/AIDS sebanyak 93 orang (68,38%) berperilaku baik dan 6 orang (4,41%)
berperilaku kurang. Analisis bivariat diperoleh ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan
perilaku pencegahan penularan HIV/AIDS pada PSK (p value 0,000) dengan nilai
koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,814. 
Simpulan dan Saran: Semakin baik pengetahuan PSK tentang HIV/AIDS
maka semakin baik perilaku pencegahan terhadap penularan HIV/AIDS, begitupun
sebaliknya. Diharapkan puskesmas meningkatkan Surveilans Perilaku untuk
mengetahui hambatan dan kendala yang dialami PSK. PSK diharapkan rutin
melakukan pemeriksaan VCT dan terus meningkatkan pengetahuan dengan selalu
mengikuti penyuluhan dan belajar dari media cetak maupun elektronik.

BUMNag was very important for improve the economy of the nagari community. The important role played by BUMNag has an effect on aspects of community development both materially and non-materially. The aim of the research is to explain BUMNag's efforts in community empowerment, explain BUMNag's efforts in achieved success in manage  tourist villages, and explain the management of sustainable tourism as an instrument of BUMNag in strengthened nagari autonomy and community welfare. then an analysis tool or theory is need to explain the above problems, one of which is use in this study is Jim Ife's theory regarding community empowerment carried out by BUMNag. This research uses a qualitative approach, a case study approach. Data collection was carried out in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and document collection. The informant selection technique used was purposive. The results of the study found that BUMNag community empowerment efforts took the form of increased  community skills, providing capital for BUMNag, BUMNag pro-community, increased  community knowledge, and involved  the community in every activity. The benefits obtained through BuMNag was  achieved  successful management of tourist villages in the form of benefits from managing destinations can be distributed to the community, management is running well, established strong partners and support from within and from outside, the uniqueness of the attraction must be maintained for the sustainability of destinations, and contributed to sustainability culture and environment. Sustainable tourism management as an instrument for BUMNag in strengthened nagari autonomy and community welfare as an instrument for strengthened nagari autonomy and as an instrument for community welfare.

Community Empowerment Through Nagari-Owned Enterprises In Tourism Development

Tenaga kesehatan berkepentingan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada orang dengan Human Immunodeficiency Virus–Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV-AIDS). Mahasiswa kesehatan saat ini dipersiapkan menjadi tenaga kesehatan di masa depan, namun perlu dideteksi sejak dini ada atau tidaknya stigma terhadap orang dengan HIV-AIDS yang dapat menghambat pelayanan prima. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan stigma, pengetahuan, sikap, dan akses informasi antara mahasiswa kesehatan dan non-kesehatan terhadap orang dengan HIV-AIDS. Penelitian kuantitatif ini didesain crossectional dengan jumlah responden yaitu sebanyak 479 orang mahasiswa kesehatan dan non-kesehatan di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dan Kalimantan Utara. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah accidental sampling pada November 2020 melalui survei daring. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner The AIDS related Stigma Scale dari studi Balfour (2010). Hasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 69,5% mahasiswa kesehatan memiliki pengetahuan HIV yang lebih baik dibandingkan mahasiswa non-kesehatan. Berdasarkan analisis Mann Whitney terdapat perbedaan bermakna sikap (nilai p: 0,047), pengetahuan tentang HIV (nilai p: <0,001) dan keterpaparan informasi HIV (nilai p: 0,048) antara kelompok mahasiswa kesehatan dan non-kesehatan. Di lain sisi, tidak terdapat perbedaan secara statistik pada stigma, persepsi dan sumber informasi HIV antara kedua kelompok (nilai p>0,05). Mahasiswa kesehatan memiliki kecenderungan sikap, pengetahuan dan akses informasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan mahasiswa non-kesehatan. Diperlukan upaya penguatan dalam memperbaiki kesalahpahaman tentang HIV khususnya stigma terhadap ODHA (Orang Dengan HIV-AIDS) dengan menggunakan media sosial yang efektif.

Depok Health Office, West Java, in 2017 reported that there were 278 HIV infection cases in 2016. In Indonesia there are 785,821 HIV infection cases, including 90,915 new HIV infection cases. Objective: This study aimed to determine the factors associated with risky behavior for HIV/AIDS transmission among youth organization in Depok, West Java. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in Depok, West Java. Total 50 respondents were selected for this study at random. The dependent variable was HIV/AIDS risky behavior. The independent variables were knowledge, attitude, information source, parenting style, traumatic experience, and peerinfluence. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by a multiple logistic regression. Results: HIV/AIDS risky behavior increased by lack of knowledge (OR= 0.19; 95% CI=0.43 to 0.86; p=0.006), poor parenting style (OR= 0.15; 95% CI=0.02 to 0.96; p=0.016), traumatic experience (OR=12.20; 95% CI=1.64 to 91.04; p=0.017), and poor peer-influence (OR=6.50; 95% CI=1.71 to 24.68; p=0.007). Conclusion: HIV/AIDS risky behavior increases by lack of knowledge, poor parenting style, traumatic experience, and poor peer-group influence.

Factors Associated with Risky Behavior for HIV/AIDS Transmission Among Youth Organization in Depok, West Java

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the tourism industry. The decrease in the number of visitors has affected the revenue of tourism operators and the economy of the village community, especially in the tourism sector of Taram Village. The Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach is used to rebuild the tourism sector in the new normal era by optimizing the potential of Taram Village's outstanding tourism resources. Community support results in diversifying tourist destinations by adding variations and increasing the number of attractions, such as corn-based educational tours targeting the school-aged market segment. These support efforts have also been able to enhance the local economy through the optimization of the added value of sweet corn, transformed into pilus and gelamai products, which are culinary specialties of Taram Tourism Village. Implementing the ABCK application serves as a medium for developing Taram Tourism Village, thus achieving sustainable and resilient tourism development in Taram. 

Less-Crowded Tourism as Applied to Reviving Tourism Post-Covid-19 in Taram Village, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra through Asset-Based Community Development

Homestay is one of the supporting elements of the West Sumatra tourism sector. In its development, the homestay business in West Sumatra has not yet achieved the best performance. The orientation of homestay owners to the market (consumers and competitors) and technology are aspects that are not yet clearly implemented, while these two aspects are needed in achieving business performance. This study aims to determine how market orientation and technology are applied by homestay owners. To achieve this goal, the perceptions of 104 homestay owners were collected through questionnaires distributed online and offline. The collected data was then analyzed descriptively. The results show that homestay owners in West Sumatra have implemented market orientation by making customer satisfaction the main goal of running a business and evaluating it regularly. Homestay owners in West Sumatra are also mutually supportive and responsive to competition. The technology orientation aspect has not been implemented thoroughly, where the homestay owner already understands the benefits of technology for his business but has not been able to fully implement it in his business.

Market orientation and technology orientation: an empirical study on homestay business in West Sumatera

There are numerous small-scale homestay businesses in the Lima Puluh Kota Regency along with the development of tourist destinations in this region. Several studies have found that small-scale businesses could grow in terms of competition and performance if they have market and technology orientation. This article aims to investigate whether the homestay business in Lima Puluh Kota Regency is market and technology-oriented. This study utilized descriptive analysis research design. The investigation was conducted using questionnaire and interviews on consumer orientation, competitor orientation, technology policy, and position and adoption, which were randomly distributed to 55 homestay business owners as the sample. The questionnaires adopted the scales of Harerro (2018) and Al Ansari et al. (2013), with sound psycometric characteristics. SPSS v26 was used to process the data.  This study found that the owners or managers of the homestay in Lima Puluh Kota Regency have been pretty good market-oriented, and nevertheless in few numbers, among them have a technology orientation. These findings are believed contribute to tourism and family business literature especially in homestay business.
