TL;DR: The study showed that 2:1 breathing technique caused a comprehensive change in body physiology by altering various parameters that are governed by the autonomic nervous system and is an effective modality for management of essential hypertension.

TL;DR: Reduction in BP was observed during the rest period after each 10 min session of PAcumm irrespective of the intensity of PA, and autonomic modulation does not seem to be the possible mechanism for the reduction in BP during the sessions.
