Development of an Fc-Enhanced Anti–B7-H3 Monoclonal Antibody with Potent Antitumor Activity
Deryk T. Loo,Ralph Alderson,Francine Chen,Ling Huang,Wenjun Zhang,Sergey Gorlatov,Steve Burke,Valentina Ciccarone,Hua Li,Yinhua Yang,Tom Son,Y Chen,Ann Easton,Jonathan C. Li,Jill Rillema,Monica Licea,Claudia B. Fieger,Tony W. Liang,Jennie P. Mather,Scott Koenig,Stanford J. Stewart,Syd Johnson,Ezio Bonvini,Paul A. Moore +23 more
TL;DR: Evaluation of MGA271 clinical utility in B7-H3–expressing cancer is supported, while validating a combination of a nontarget biased approach of intact cell immunizations and immunohistochemistry to identify novel cancer antigens with Fc-based mAb engineering to enable potent antitumor activity.

CAT-8015: a second-generation pseudomonas exotoxin A-based immunotherapy targeting CD22-expressing hematologic malignancies.
Ralph Alderson,Robert J. Kreitman,Tianling Chen,Peter Yeung,Ronald Herbst,Judy A. Fox,Ira Pastan +6 more
TL;DR: CAT-8015 is a CD22-targeting immunotoxin that, in preclinical studies, has greatly improved efficacy compared with CAT-3888.

Bi-specific monovalent diabodies that are capable of binding to gpa33 and cd3, and uses thereof
Ezio Bonvini,Leslie S. Johnson,Ling Huang,Paul A. Moore,Gurunadh Reddy Chichili,Ralph Alderson +5 more
- 20 Aug 2014
TL;DR: In this article, a sequence-optimized CD 123 x CD3 bi-specific monovalent diabodies that are capable of simultaneous binding to CD 123 and CD3 are presented.

Characterization of the 3,3',5-triiodo-L-thyronine-binding site on plasma membranes from human placenta.
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that a high affinity binding site specific for T3 is present on plasma membranes from human placenta and that the binding site is a protein, most likely a dimer, with a native mol wt between 140,000 and 150,000.
