TL;DR: In this paper, the authors conducted field studies at research stations and in farmers fields in the Indo-Gangetic Plains (western Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Bihar states of India) from 2002 to 2008 and found that complex weed flora caused yield losses in direct-seeded rice (DSR).
