Systematic analysis of hot Yb ∗ isotopes using the energy density
Deepika Jain,Manoj K. Sharma,Raj Kumar,Raj K. Gupta +3 more
- 01 Jan 2014
TL;DR: In this paper, a systematic study of the spin-orbit density interaction potential is carried out, with spherical as well as deformed choices of nuclei, for a variety of near-symmetric and asymmetric colliding nuclei leading to various isotopes of the compound nucleus Yb ∗, using the semiclassical extended Thomas-Fermi formulation of the Skyrme energy density formalism.

Multiple thickness gate oxides with fluorine implantation for system on chip applications
TL;DR: In this article, it has been found that by varying the implanted dose of the fluorine in silicon, the oxidation rate and thereby the oxide thickness can be varied, which could be vital in the SOC level integration.

Barrier modification in sub-barrier fusion reaction 64Ni+100Mo using Wong formula with Skyrme forces in semiclassical formalism
Raj Kumar,Raj K. Gupta +1 more
- 23 Sep 2011
TL;DR: In this article, the nuclear proximity potential was obtained by using semiclassical extended Thomas Fermi (ETF) approach in Skyrme energy density formalism (SEDF), and use it in the extended l-summed Wong formula under frozen density approximation.

Chemoprophylatic, Ayurvedic, Homeopathic Approaches for COVID-19 Prophylaxis
Ramakant Yadav,Kamla Pathak,Devender Pathak,Raj Kumar +3 more
- 06 Mar 2021
TL;DR: The current article describes the chemoprophylactic, Ayurvedic, homeopathic, and Unani prophylactic approaches for combating COVID-19 based on the guidelines issued by the Ministry of AYUSH, India.
