General control systems
TL;DR: A model for interaction between random environments and random automata is proposed and the theory of (generalized) random systems with complete connections with learning models or dynamic models is applied in order to describe its behavior.

Sequential Estimation of Expectations in the Presence of Trend2
Radu Theodorescu,Hans Wolff +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a sequence of independent random variables with unknown probability distributions is considered and the problem of estimating their expectations is examined, and the estimation of Mn+1 is based on a finite set {zk:1≤k≤n, each zk being an observed value of Zk, 1 ≤k≥n, and also based on the assumption that {Mn:n≥ 1} follows an unknown trend of a specified form.

On multiple Markov chains
TL;DR: In this paper, the degeneration of the multiple Markov dependence to the simple one was examined for the discrete as well as for the continuous parameter case, and it was shown that it leads to a degeneration to a simple one.

A mathematical framework for learning and adaption: (generalized) random systems with complete connections
TL;DR: It is shown that the theory of (generalized) random systems with complete connections may serve as a mathematical framework for learning and adaption.
