Pos0876 serum interferon score predicts severity of patient reported hand disability in systemic sclerosis
Enrico De Lorenzis,V. Kakkar,R. Ross,Samantha Di Donato,T. Barnes,Benazir Saleem,A.L. Herrick,M. Nisar,Ciara Morley,K. Douglas,CD Denton,Emma Derrett-Smith,Phillip H. Helliwell,Francesco Del Galdo +13 more
TL;DR: The Cochin Hand Function Scale was assessed in consecutively enrolled SSc patients at baseline and after 12 months, and high serum IFN score remained associated with CHFS>PASS when adjusted for male gender, ACA positivity, anti-Scl70 positive, diffuse subset, and current digital ulcers.
OA28 CCL24 serum concentration predicts both vascular and fibrotic complications in systemic sclerosis: rationale for a biological target driven basket trial across disease subsets
Enrico De Lorenzis,Adi Mor,R. Ross,Stefano Di Donato,Revital Aricha,H. Levi,Ilan Vaknin,Francesco Del Galdo +7 more
TL;DR: In this article , the concentration of CCL24 in an observational cohort of patients with SSc and available clinical follow-up was determined to determine its clinical value in predicting fibrotic and vascular complications of the disease.
Ab0142 evidence of type i interferon activation during vascular manifestations of systemic sclerosis
Samantha Di Donato,M. Hughes,Giuseppina Abignano,Giovanni Lettieri,R. Ross,Enrico De Lorenzis,Philip O’Connor,Olga Kubassova,Francesco Del Galdo +8 more
TL;DR: The correlation of DAVIX and Serum IFN score does support the notion of innate immune involvement in vascular disease manifestations of SSc and Prospective testing in the context of Randomised controlled trial will determine the value ofDAVIX as surrogate outcome measure of vascular disease severity in SSc.
