Lignotuber Development and Growth Parameters in Eucalyptus camaldulensis (Dehnh.): Effects of Phosphorus and Nitrogen Levels
TL;DR: Nitrogen supply appears to be the main controlling nutritional factor in lignotuber formation in eucalypts and seedlings raised under combinations of nitrogen and phosphorus levels.

Development of the lignotuber and plant form in Lehmannianae
TL;DR: Whereas flowering and fruiting of seedlings of lignotuberous species may be postponed for many years, seed production is precocious in the non-lignotubous species of the Lehmannianae, this is regarded as an alternative adaptation to fire, which is one of the major factors of the habitats of the Leicestershireae.
