- 10 Nov 1998
TL;DR: In this paper, the soft x-ray response of the XIS was analyzed using a grating spectrometer, which irradiates the CCD with dispersed x-rays, and the energy-pulse-height relation, energy resolution relation, and quantum efficiency at the energy range of 0.25-2.2 keV.
