Stellar velocity profiles and line strengths out to four effective radii in the early-type galaxies NGC 3379 and NGC 821
Anne-Marie Weijmans,M. Cappellari,Roland Bacon,P. T. de Zeeuw,E. Emsellem,Jesús Falcón-Barroso,H. Kuntschner,Richard M. McDermid,R. C. E. van den Bosch,G. van de Ven +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, an integral field spectrograph (SAURON) was used to measure the stellar line-of-sight velocity distribution and absorption line strengths out to four effective radii (Re) in early-type galaxies NGC 3379 and NGC 821.

Orbit-based dynamical models of the Sculptor dSph galaxy
TL;DR: In this paper, a spherically symmetric dynamical model was developed for the Sculptor dSph galaxy using Schwarzschild's orbit superposition method, which yields constraints both on the total mass distribution (e.g. enclosed mass and scale radius) and on the orbital structure of the system.

Stellar Velocity Profiles and Line-Strengths out to Four Effective Radii in the Early-Type Galaxy NGC 3379
Anne-Marie Weijmans,Michele Cappellari,P. T. de Zeeuw,Eric Emsellem,Jesús Falcón-Barroso,Harald Kuntschner,Richard M. McDermid,R. C. E. van den Bosch,G. van de Ven +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, an integral field spectrograph (SAURON) was used to measure stellar kinematics and line-strengths at large radii in nearby galaxies.

TL;DR: In this paper, the dependence of HI properties on environment was discussed and the HI morphology/kinematics changes as a function of environment, going from regular, rotating systems around isolated galaxies to progressively more disturbed structures for galaxies with neighbours or in groups.
