TL;DR: In this paper , the effect of Dietary Restriction (DR) on the transcriptome of the cerebellar cortex of young adult male mice was analyzed using RNAseq. And the results showed that DR may have a clear effect on the cerebral transcriptome inducing a mild shift from physiology towards maintenance and repair, and having cell-type specific effects.
