VPS34 Acetylation Controls Its Lipid Kinase Activity and the Initiation of Canonical and Non-canonical Autophagy.
Hua Su,Fei Yang,Qiuting Wang,Qiuhong Shen,Jingtao Huang,Chao Peng,Yi Zhang,Wei Wan,Catherine C. L. Wong,Qiming Sun,Fudi Wang,Tianhua Zhou,Wei Liu +12 more
TL;DR: It is reported that VPS34 is specifically acetylated by the acetyltransferase p300, and p300-mediated acetylation represses V PS34 activity, which controls the initiation of canonical autophagy and of non-canonicalautophagy in which the upstream kinases of VPS32 can be bypassed.

Exploring the role and mechanism of gut microbiota in methamphetamine addiction using antibiotic treatment followed by fecal microbiota transplantation
Qiuting Wang,Xiuwen Guo,Qingwei Yue,Shaowei Zhu,Lingna Guo,Guibao Li,Qidi Zhou,Yunzhi Xiang,Ganggang Chen,Wei Yin,Jinhao Sun +10 more
TL;DR: Mechanistic analyses indicated that antibiotic treatment decreased gut permeability and neuroinflammation, while fecal microbiota transplantation offset the impact of antibiotic treatment.
