Cell Cycle Regulation by Alternative Polyadenylation of CCND1.
TL;DR: Results indicate that PAS editing with CRISPR/Cas9 provides a good method by which to study the biological function of APA, but UTR-APA and CR- APA act via different molecular mechanisms.
Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency in the Han Chinese population: molecular characterization and genotype-phenotype association throughout an activity distribution.
TL;DR: The results showed that the overall prevalence of G6PD deficiency in China was 2.10% at the national level, and the overall distribution of that in females carrying missense mutations was a continuum from G6 PD severely deficient to normal.

TL;DR: This work proposes that the APA switching of STAT5B induced by TCR activation is mediated by small nuclear ribonucleoprotein polypeptide A (SNRPA), and found that p65 activation triggered by T CR signaling could promote SNRPA transcription and 3′ UTR shortening ofSTAT5B.
