Neuroprotective effect of salvianolate lyophilized injection against cerebral ischemia in type 1 diabetic rats
Fu-jiang Wang,Qiansong He,Qiansong He,Jinxin Wang,Qing Yuan,Hong Guo,Lijuan Chai,Shaoxia Wang,Limin Hu,Yue Zhang +9 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that SLI treatment significantly increased the number of brain microvasculature in ipsilateral and glucose uptake in cortex, hippocampus and penumbra in the T1DM + MCAO rats and the mechanism is related to decrease inflammatory factors and activate of the Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway.
Effects of salvianolate lyophilized injection combined with Xueshuantong injection in regulation of BBB function in a co-culture model of endothelial cells and pericytes.
Qing Yuan,Jinxin Wang,Rui-lin Li,Zhuang-zhuang Jia,Shaoxia Wang,Hong Guo,Lijuan Chai,Limin Hu +7 more
TL;DR: Results suggest that SLI combined with XST (1X1S) has protective effects on co-culture of endothelial cells and pericytes after OGD/R, and its protective effect might be associated with increase of TJs and BMs through activation of Ang/Tie-2 system signaling pathway.

Xueshuantong injection combined with Salvianolate lyophilized injection improves the synaptic plasticity against focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats through PI3K/AKT/mTOR and RhoA/ROCK pathways
Qing Yuan,Fu-jiang Wang,Zhuang-zhuang Jia,Tong-mei Zhang,Jin Sun,Xin Du,Shao-xia Wang,Lijuan Chai,Limin Hu +8 more
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper investigated the neuroprotective effects of XST combined with Salvianolate lyophilized injection (SLI) in the recovery stage of middle cerebral artery occlusion / reperfusion (MCAO/R) injury rat.

Neobavaisoflavone ameliorates LPS-induced RAW264.7 cell inflammations by suppressing the activation of NF-κB and MAPKs signaling pathways
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that NBIF inhibited inflammation and enhanced the phagocytic capacity of RAW264.7 cell-related MAPKs and NF-κB signaling pathways induced by LPS, suggesting that N BIF may have clinical utility as an anti-inflammatory agent.

Brain Microvascular Endothelial Cell-Derived Exosomes Protect Neurons from Ischemia–Reperfusion Injury in Mice
Jing Sun,Qing Yuan,Lichen Guo,Guangxu Xiao,Tong Zhang,Bing-wen Liang,Rongmei Yao,Yana Zhu,Yue Li,Limin Hu +9 more
TL;DR: In vivo, EC-Exo not only improved neural motor behavior and increased regional cerebral blood flow in MCAO/R-injured mice but also promoted the expression of synaptic regulatory proteins and inhibited apoptosis in the brain.
