Knockdown of cytokeratin 8 overcomes chemoresistance of chordoma cells by aggravating endoplasmic reticulum stress through PERK/eIF2α arm of unfolded protein response and blocking autophagy
Di Wang,Peiran Zhang,Xiaolong Xu,Jianhui Wang,Dong Wang,Pandi Peng,Pandi Peng,Chao Zheng,Qing-Jun Meng,Liu Yang,Liu Yang,Zhuojing Luo,Zhuojing Luo +12 more
TL;DR: This study represents the first systematic investigation into the role of KRT8 in chemoresistance of chordoma and shows that either doxorubicin or irinotecan promoted K RT8 expression in both CM319 and UCH1 cell lines, accompanied by an increased unfolded protein response and autophagy activity.
Co-delivery of 5-fluorouracil and miRNA-34a mimics by host-guest self-assembly nanocarriers for efficacious targeted therapy in colorectal cancer patient-derived tumor xenografts: Erratum
Jianbin Xu,Guolin Zhang,Xinbin Luo,Di Wang,Wei Zhou,Yan Zhang,Wei Zhang,Jiaxin Chen,Qing-Jun Meng,Engeng Chen,Heng Chen,Zhangfa Song +11 more
TL;DR: This research presents a novel probabilistic procedure that allows for direct measurement of the response of the immune system to earthquake-triggered landsliding.
