Optimization of the CdS quantum dot sensitized solar cells with ZnS passivation layer
TL;DR: In this article, a quantum dot sensitized solar cell (QDSC) is assembled with CdS/ZnS cosensitized TiO2 photoanode, Pt counter electrode and the polysulfide electrolyte.

Innovative BVO@CuO design: a high-performance Vanadium-based anode material for Li-ion batteries
TL;DR: In this article , a specific structure of BVO coated on [email protected] current collector was constructed by merging a metal oxide (hollow cubic structure BiVO4) and a lithiophilic oxide (lithiophilophilic copper oxide array).

CuS/g-C 3 N 4 Composite as High-Performance Counter Electrode Materials in QDSCs
TL;DR: In this article, the successive ionic layer absorption and reaction (SILAR) method was employed to fabricate CuS nanocrystals in different amounts onto the surface of g-C3N4 microsheets through varying deposition cycle times (0, 1, 3, 5, and 7).

Effect of CuS nanocrystalline particles on counter electrodes of multi-wall carbon nanotubes for QDSCs
TL;DR: In this article, the photoelectric properties of MWCNTs/CuS composite counter electrode (CE) are analyzed by Nyquist, Tafel and J-V curves, and the results show that the introduction of CuS nanocrystalline particles can promote reduction rate of polysulfide species and the short circuit current density (Jsc) to improve catalytic activity, leading to a higher power conversion efficiency.
