Long non-coding RNA HOXA11-AS knockout inhibits proliferation and overcomes drug resistance in ovarian cancer
TL;DR: It is found that HOXA11-AS knockdown increased the expression of autophagy-related proteins and improved cisplatin sensitivity, decreased ovarian cancer cell proliferation, and promoted cell apoptosis.

Baohuoside I inhibits resistance to cisplatin in ovarian cancer cells by suppressing autophagy via downregulating HIF-1α/ATG5 axis.
Yun Zhou,Tongyun Liu,Qiaoling Wu,Huihui Wang,Yang Sun +4 more
TL;DR: In this paper , Baohuoside I (derived from Herba Epimedii) is reported to have antitumor properties in various malignancies, but it is unknown what role it plays in cisplatin (DDP)-resistant ovarian cancer cells.

Tumor Necrosis Factor-α Promotes the Tumorigenesis, Lymphangiogenesis, and Lymphatic Metastasis in Cervical Cancer via Activating VEGFC-Mediated AKT and ERK Pathways
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper found that TNF-α significantly stimulated cervical cancer cells to secrete vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGFC), which can promote tumorigenesis, lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis in vitro and in vivo in cervical cancer via activating VEGFC-mediated AKT and ERK pathways.
Animal models in intrauterine adhesion research
TL;DR: The advantages and disadvantages of various models and their clinical simulations are analysed in order to provide a precise animal model for exploring the pathogenesis, treatment strategies, and prevention of intrauterine adhesion.

Identification of upregulated exosomal miRNAs between A2780 and A2780/DDP human ovarian cancer cells by high-throughput sequencing
Huihui Wang,Li Liu,Qinying Liu,Jianfeng Zheng,Qiuhong Zheng,Yuwei Chen,Hongmei Xia,Qiaoling Wu,Yang Sun +8 more
TL;DR: In this article , an integrated miRNA-mRNA network was constructed to predict miRNA and mRNA associations in ovarian cancer, and the connection between exosomal hsa-miR-675-3p and ovarian cancer was discovered by immune microenvironment analyses.
