Numerical Study on Improved Geometry of Outlet Pressure Ripple in Parallel 2D Piston Pumps
TL;DR: In this paper , an improved geometry was determined to further reduce the outlet pressure ripple, which was found to be only 6% in a parallel 2D piston pump with a rail with a uniform acceleration and deceleration.
Comparison of Flexoelectric and Piezoelectric Distributed Sensing Signal of Toroidal Shell
Xufang Zhang,Pengfei Wang,Qian Lu +2 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors derived dynamic sensing signals of the toroidal shell by considering the curvature radii and Lamé parameters of the double-curvature shell, and the results indicated that the meridional bending strain dominates for the flexoelectric sensing while signal induced by the meridian membrane strain is dominant for piezoelectrics sensing.
