Influence of injection patterns on chaos synchronization performance between a multimode laser diode and a single-mode laser
TL;DR: In this paper, a system composed of a multimode emitted laser diode and a single-mode received laser was investigated numerically under different optical injection patterns, and the results showed that, for single mode injection (SMI), which means the received laser is injected by a selective longitudinal mode of the emitted laser whose wavelength corresponds to that of the singlemode receiving laser, the system synchronization performance is better than that with multi mode injection.

Modulation response performances of a Fabry-Perot semiconductor laser subjected to light injection from another Fabry-Perot semiconductor laser
TL;DR: In this article, the modulation response performance of a Fabry-Perot semiconductor laser (slave FP-LD) subjected to light injection from another Fabry Perot laser (master FPLD) has been investigated theoretically.

Studying the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of an optically injection vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser
TL;DR: In this article, the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of an optical injection VCSEL are investigated numerically, and the simulated results show that VCSels can exhibit periodic oscillations, deterministic chaos and other complex instabilities under optical injection.

Theoretical model and simulation of the extremely short external cavity semiconductor laser
TL;DR: In this paper, the implicit expression of the output spectrum of the extremely short external cavity of ESECSL was derived based on the ray tracing method, and the P-I characteristic of the ESEC SLA was investigated.
