A Novel Reconstruction Method with Time Reversal Algorithm and Evaluations for Photoacoustic Tomography
Dakun Lai,Liang Mao,Qi Xu,Jun Li +3 more
- 01 Jul 2020
TL;DR: In this article, a novel reconstruction method with a time reversal algorithm (TR) for the photoacoustic tomography (PAT) in an inhomogeneous media was presented, and two numerical simulations and an ex vivo experiment were both carried out to evaluate the capability of the proposed method.

Photoacoustic imaging: A potential new tool for diagnosing vasculogenic erectile dysfunction
Liang Mao,Dakun Lai,Qi Xu,Chunliu Xie +3 more
- 01 Oct 2016
TL;DR: The preliminary imaging results of isolated penis vessel clearly indicated that the method of photoacoustic imaging would be a useful diagnostic tool for assessing vasculogenic ED and could improve the diagnosis of venous leakage visualization by combining structural and functional imaging.
