TL;DR: The biotransformation of total coumarins of Radix Glehniae by Lecanicillium attenuatum W-1-9 yielded three new products, lecaniside A, le caniside B, and lecan iside C, which were elucidated based on extensive spectral data, including 2D NMR and HRMS.
