Rendering passive radiative cooling capability to cotton textile by an alginate/CaCO3 coating via synergistic light manipulation and high water permeation
TL;DR: In this article , a cotton-based effective passive cooling textile by interfacial engineering by alginate modification and in-situ generated CaCO3 particles is reported, which not only effectively cool the underlining surface via high reflectivity over solar spectra (∼90%) and high mid-infrared emissivity (0.97) in the atmospheric window, but also present enhanced water evaporation and water vapor permeation capabilities (36.51% higher water vapor transmission rate than pristine cotton fabric).

Synergistic promotion of HER and OER by alloying ternary Zn-Co-Ni nanoparticles in N-doped carbon interfacial structures
TL;DR: In this paper , the synergy effects in promoting catalytic power in the ternary transition metal Zn, Co, Ni alloy nanoparticles that embeds in the carbonized Ppy/CNT multilayered matrix were investigated.

A healing promoting wound dressing with tailor-made antibacterial potency employing piezocatalytic processes in multi-functional nanocomposites.
TL;DR: A piezoelectrically active antibacterial device that converts ambient O2 and H2O to ROS by piezocatalytic processes is developed that effectively accelerates the healing of infected wounds on the backs of mice, promoting hair follicle generation and collagen deposition.
