TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated SLIT2/ROBO signaling effects in gliomas and found that SLIT 2 expression increased with malignant progression and correlated with poor survival and immunosuppression.

TET1-mediated Oligodendrocyte Homeostasis Regulates Myelination and Synaptic Functions
Ming Zhang,Jue Wang,Kaixiang Zhang,Guozhen Lu,Lingli Xu,Keke Ren,Wenting Wang,Yuzhen Liu,Junlin Xing,X. Gao,Weilin Jin,Kalen P. Berry,Hehuang Xie,Shengxi Wu,Q. R. Lu,Xianghui Zhao +15 more
TL;DR: The results suggest that stage-specific TET1-mediated epigenetic programming of oligodendrocyte homeostasis is required for proper myelination and repair as well as neuronal physiology in cell-autonomous and non-cell-aut autonomous mechanisms, respectively.
