Preparation and evaluation of sustained release nimesulide microspheres prepared from sodium alginate.
TL;DR: In this investigation, a 2(3) full factorial design was used to study the joint influence of three variables, the polyemer concentration, the drug concerntration and the cross-linker concentration, on various dependent variables like per cent entrapment, sphericity, particle size and amount of drug released during the initial and final stages of release.
