TL;DR: A rare case of EDS is presented in a patient with secondary dengue infection who developed rhabdomyolysis induced acute kidney injury (RAKI) along with intracranial and intraorbital bleeds and this is the only reported case of simultaneous occurrence of these complications in a d Dengue patient.
