The reliable and rapid polymerase chain reaction (PCR) diagnosis for Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. punicae in pomegranate
Kalyan K. Mondal,T. P. Rajendran,C. Phaneendra,C. Mani,Jyotsana Sharma,Richa Shukla,Pooja,Geeta Verma,R. Kumar,D. Singh,Aundy Kumar,Abhay Saxena,Rachit Jain +12 more
TL;DR: A polymerase chain reaction (PCR) based detection technique using primers designed from gyrB gene could detect the pathogen in infected pomegranate plant samples including leaf, fruit and stem within 3 h, at a detection limit 0.1 ng µl -1 template DNA.

Shape and edge dependent electronic and magnetic properties of silicene nano-flakes
TL;DR: In this article, the geometric, electronic and magnetic properties of armchair and zigzag edge silicene nano-flakes of triangular and hexagonal shapes were investigated. And the considered nanostructures shows energy gap ranging ∼ 04 − 10 eV Zigzag edged triangular nano-flake is magnetic and semiconducting in nature with 40 µB magnetic moment and ∼ 04 eV energy gap
