Cheng-Lan Jiang,Cheng-Lan Jiang,Shui-Wang He,Yun-Dong Zhang,Yun-Dong Zhang,He-Xian Duan,Tao Huang,Yunchao Huang,Gao-Feng Li,Ping Wang,Li-Ju Ma,Guang-Biao Zhou,Yi Cao +12 more
TL;DR: Analysis of DNA methylation alterations at genome and gene levels in Xuanwei lung cancer tissues and cell lines, as well as benzo(a)pyrene-treated cells and mouse samples, shows that vitamin C and B6 can reduce benzo (a) pyrene-induced DNAmethylation alterations and may be used as chemopreventive agents for air pollution-related lung cancer.
Propofol mediates non‐small cell lung cancer growth in part by regulating circ_0003028‐related mechanisms
TL;DR: In this article , the authors investigated whether propofol can mediate non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) progression via regulating circRNAs (circ_0003028) expression.

Association between GLS Gene Polymorphisms and the Susceptibility to Lung Cancer in the Chinese Han Population.
TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors evaluated the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of the glutaminase (GLS) and lung cancer susceptibility in the Chinese Han population.
Characterization of germline mutations in familial lung cancer from the Chinese population.
Madiha Kanwal,Madiha Kanwal,Xiao-Jie Ding,Zhans-Han Ma,Lian-Wei Li,Ping Wang,Ying Chen,Ying Chen,Yun-Chao Huang,Yun-Chao Huang,Yi Cao +10 more
TL;DR: This study uncovered the mutation spectrum in FLC and provided important clues for the evaluation of the genetic susceptibility to lung cancer.
Characterization of Somatic Mutations in Air Pollution-Related Lung Cancer.
Xian-Jun Yu,Xian-Jun Yu,Minjun Yang,Bo O. Zhou,Gui-Zhen Wang,Yunchao Huang,Lichuan Wu,Xin Cheng,Zhe-Sheng Wen,Jinyan Huang,Yun-Dong Zhang,Xiao-Hong Gao,Gao-Feng Li,Shui-Wang He,Shui-Wang He,Zhaohui Gu,Liang Ma,Chun-Ming Pan,Ping Wang,Hao-Bin Chen,Zhi-Peng Hong,Xiao-Lu Wang,Wen-Jing Mao,Wen-Jing Mao,Xiao-Long Jin,Hui Kang,Shuting Chen,Yongqiang Zhu,Wenyi Gu,Zi Liu,Hui Dong,Linwei Tian,Sai-Juan Chen,Yi Cao,Shengyue Wang,Guang-Biao Zhou +35 more
TL;DR: This study uncovers the mutation spectrum of air pollution-related lung cancers, and provides evidence for pollution exposure–genomic mutation relationship at a large scale.
