With the exponential growth of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), multiple outlets are constantly producing a vast volume of data. It is unwise to locally store all the raw data in the IIoT devices since the energy and storage spaces of the end devices are strictly constrained. self-organization and short-range Internet of Things (IoT) networking also support outsourced data and cloud computing, independent of the distinctive resource constraint properties. For the remainder of the findings, there is a sequence of unfamiliar safeguards for IoT and cloud integration problems. The delivery of cloud computing is highly efficient, storage is becoming more and more current, and some groups are now altering their data from in house records Cloud Computing Vendors' hubs. Intensive IoT applications for workloads and data are subject to challenges while utilizing cloud computing tools. In this report, we research IoT and cloud computing and address cloud-compatible problems and computing techniques to promote the stable transition of IoT programs to the cloud.

IoT and Cloud Computing Issues, Challenges and Opportunities: A Review

The role of education, which propagates knowledge, becomes increasingly significant in the past little years due to the fulminatory expansion in knowledge. Meantime, the model of education process is going via a conversion in which the learning of different students need to be completed in various ways. Therefore, the smart education environment is encouraged. It incorporates different information and communication technologies to activate learning process and adjust to the requirements of different students. The quality of learning process for students can be enhanced through continually monitoring and analyzing the state and activities of different students via information sensing devices and information processing platforms for offering feedback about learning process of different students. The Internet of Things pledges to achieve a great variation in life, goodness of individual's life, and organizations' productivity. Via a vastly dispensed locally smart network of intelligent objects, the IoT has the chance to allow expansions and improvements to essential utilities in various fields, while introducing a novel ecosystem for developing application. Applying the concept of Internet of Things in any education environment will increase the quality of education process because students will learn rapidly, and teachers will fulfill their job efficiently. This paper is designed to illustrate the basic concepts, definitions, characteristics, technology, and challenges of Internet of Things. We also illustrated the role of Internet of Things in building a smart educational process, and also, in making efficient and effective decisions, which is vital in our daily life.

Internet of things in smart education environment: Supportive framework in the decision-making process

With the arrival of new technologies in modern smart factories, automated predictive maintenance is also related to production robotisation. Intelligent sensors make it possible to obtain an ever-increasing amount of data, which must be analysed efficiently and effectively to support increasingly complex systems' decision-making and management. The paper aims to review the current literature concerning predictive maintenance and intelligent sensors in smart factories. We focused on contemporary trends to provide an overview of future research challenges and classification. The paper used burst analysis, systematic review methodology, co-occurrence analysis of keywords, and cluster analysis. The results show the increasing number of papers related to key researched concepts. The importance of predictive maintenance is growing over time in relation to Industry 4.0 technologies. We proposed Smart and Intelligent Predictive Maintenance (SIPM) based on the full-text analysis of relevant papers. The paper's main contribution is the summary and overview of current trends in intelligent sensors used for predictive maintenance in smart factories.

Predictive Maintenance and Intelligent Sensors in Smart Factory: Review.

Smart education research has been rapidly developed for transforming education systems leading to engage and empower students, educators and administrators more effectively. Despite decades of the adoption of new technologies in improving education systems, approaches are frequently criticized for lacking appropriate theoretical and technological basis. The aim of this paper is to describe the current state of smart education research as a theoretical substance for introducing an initial innovative approach called Students Career Assistance System (SCAS). We conduct systematic literature review for capturing necessary insights to establish the initial solution design understanding. A total of 40 selected sample articles were qualified through a selection criterion developed to identify the most relevant existing studies in the smart education domain. Content analysis technique was used for processing the meta-details as key findings. The key findings suggest that smart education is a rapidly evolving research field that complements applications of a range of latest technologies. Combining them, a new innovative framework of smart education artefact is introduced as a case demonstration, which is mainly a mobile-based SCAS enabling student to manage both their learning and career development for a better future.

Smart education literature: A theoretical analysis

The Internet of Things (IoT) has become a transformative technology with great potential in various sectors, including home automation, industrial control, environmental monitoring, agriculture, wearables, health monitoring, and others. The growing presence of IoT devices stimulates schools and academic institutions to integrate IoT into the educational process, since IoT skills are in demand in the labor market. This paper presents educational IoT tools and technologies that simplify the design, implementation, and testing of IoT applications. The article presents the introductory IoT course that students perform initially and then presents some of the projects that they develop and implement on their own later in the project. 

Design and Implementation of ESP32-Based IoT Devices

Currently, Internet of Things (IoT) technologies are used in many areas, such as intelligent transportation, smart city, hospital, games, education. Earlier interactive response system uses infrared or radio frequency (RF) wireless communication technologies to transmit the students’ answer to teachers’ managerment system, where there exists high cost, inconvenient usage, difficult deployment. How to use IoT to improve the quality of higher education becomes a very important topic in the researh area of teaching. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is one of key technologies to implement IoT applications, and most of universities use the High Frequency (HF) RFID card as the students’ identification devices in China. In this paper, a kind of WiFi supported RFID reader (WiRF) is implemented using open source hardware platforms, such as Node MCU and RFID-RC522. Then the proposed WiRF system is used to assist teacher to perform automatic attendance record and students’ behavior record. In addition, Quick Response (QR) code is another technology to enable IoT. In this paper, QR code is designed to quickly access course video and perform real-time interactive response in the classroom, which will provide multidimensional learning and strengthen the motivation of students’ learning. This IoT system can improve the attendance of students, and give a positive impact on students’ learning process for higher education.

Teaching Management System with Applications of RFID and IoT Technology

RFID localization methods have been widely used in indoor positioning systems (IPS). Most localization techniques involve the use of multiple antennas and the placement of antennas and readers in order to ensure accurate positioning results. However, most localization techniques are complex and require high overhead costs in terms of needing multiple antennas and RFID readers. In this paper, we proposed a method to use a single antenna to perform all the reads and rely rather on the antenna beams to acquire multiple positioning data. A single array of antennas is configured to have multiple angles of operation and rely on different power levels as compared to regular antennas. By manipulating the beam pattern, direction and power, multiple sub-antennas can be conceived and the method utilizes antenna beams and relies mainly on one antenna to realize two-dimensional localization.
