TL;DR: In this article, the authors examine how Guanxi, Ubuntu, and Wasta shape workplace leadership and culture in the three respective countries in China, Kenya, and Lebanon, respectively, and discuss leadership styles, reviews the way Guanxi and Ubuntu informs workplace leadership respectively and their intersections, generates a conceptual framework, offers recommendations, suggests future research possibilities, and provides implications for human resource development.

Understanding compliance intention of SNS users during the COVID-19 pandemic: a theory of appraisal and coping
TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors explored the factors affecting the intention of social networking sites (SNS) users to comply with government policy during the COVID-19 pandemic and found that social support has a positive effect on outbreak self-efficacy but has no significant effect on perceived avoidability.
