TL;DR: In this paper, the authors integrate relevant theoretical literatures related to online shopping tendencies and perceived risks into the theoretical frameworks and attempt to empirically identify the relationship between the customers' perceived risks and online shopping tendency and thus, to have a understanding of consumers' shopping behaviors.
