TL;DR: Data from this prospective trial shows that 99m Tc-sestamibi SPECT/CT can aid in the risk of small renal masses affected by tumors or cysts and correlate post-op with volumetric preoperative cysts, parenchyma parenchymal volume negatively with preoperative GFR preserved at POD1.
