TL;DR: In a well-selected cohort with 5-years of prospective data, overall and DSS are not significantly different among patients with a SRM undergoing intervention and AS, suggesting that AS is a safe and efficacious management strategy for patients with SRM.

TL;DR: AS and PI patients who underwent RMB during follow-up in DISSRM did not have significant changes in quality of life scores over time, nor did they have worse scores than their counterparts who did not undergo biopsy.
